Shipping & delivery
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment approval. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed for every shipped order. You can also see your order status on the My Account page.
Delivery address
Your order is sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. To change the address, contact us before the order is shipped.
Damaged or incomplete shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery; we will replace the product free of charge.
