This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER identified below, under the following terms and conditions.

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the alotrend.com shopping site owned by the SELLER, whose qualities and sale price are stated below, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product and payment information
The product name, quantity, sale price, shipping fee and payment method are included in the order summary sent to the BUYER after the order is completed and on the invoice. This information is an integral part of this agreement.
4. General provisions
- The BUYER accepts that they have read and understood the essential qualities, sale price, payment method and delivery information of the product and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product is delivered through the courier at the BUYER’s place of residence, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days.
- If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if that person refuses delivery.
- The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in accordance with the qualities specified in the order and together with any warranty documents.
- The courier is responsible for damage that may occur in transit; damaged parcels should not be accepted and a report should be drawn up.
5. Right of withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery of the product to themselves or to the person at the address they designate, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Alo Trend extends this period to 30 days as its own commitment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER by email or through the Contact page within this period. The product to be returned must be sent with its packaging, labels and any standard accessories complete.
Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, the product is sent to the return address provided by the SELLER within 10 days. If the return conditions are met, the product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days at the latest.
6. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used
- Products made or altered to the BUYER’s specifications
- Underwear unsuitable for hygiene reasons
- Products whose packaging has been opened, used or washed after delivery
- Single-use products and perishable products
7. Default
If the BUYER pays by credit card and defaults, they accept that they will pay interest at the rate in their credit card agreement with the bank.
8. Competent court
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER’s place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts where those limits are exceeded.
9. Entry into force
By ticking the confirmation box on the order page, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed.
